Staff is very friendly and organized airport mini bus transfer. The guest house is in a quiet location but not really remoted from downtown Patong Beach. It is just a 5 minute ride by motorbike taxi. The guest house is equiped with all you need, the room was cleaned every day (which is not really normal for a guest house) and we got new towels and

What didn't we like? :)
Location ideal as away from the main tourist trap of Patong, but also close enough that the beach is a 5 minute walk.
Lots of local restaurants nearby. 7/11 & Family Mart right outside.
Hotel is very new, clean and comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly & efficient.

It's super clean with large rooms comfortable beds large bathroom with good shower,air con and free water daily. The hotel is a few mins walk from the beach and in a perfect location that is quite with nice restaurants with night market up the road every 2nd night. The hotel is such a reasonable price for the quality you are getting.
On the roof is a lovely pool. Not quite big enough for lengths but big enough to cool down in. There are plenty of sun lingers, and very comfortable too. The hotel

The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were upgraded to better rooms and the hotel location was fantastic, far enough away from Patong beach to miss the noise and close enough to walk to. The staff were fantastic, so helpful. The room was huge, I had a deluxe room with spa with sea views and the best part was the spa had a small pool attached. Loved it and spent heaps of time in the resort. The breakfast was so fresh and variety was great. Ate at the restaurant several times and the meals were great. Each afternoon you got a plate of fresh fruit delivered. No complaints at all about this resort and highly recommend.

The place is rather new, family run and open since only a bunch of
months. The owners, a young couple, supported by his mother, is
extremely nice and always available to support your needs. The room was
spacious and clean, much better than 2-3 stars I actually slept in.
There are no big facilities here, but considering the cost it's all
real good.

Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK.
