  The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside.   Our room in this massive hotel was very comfortable and clean. We chose a family room - an L shaped room with 2 double beds plus a couch and kitchen area. The hotel has multiple pool areas with numerous comfortable pool loungers. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality.   Posizione e tranquillita' - Absolutely everything. Food A1....Service A1.....Facilities A1...... - We were fans of the hotel in the past. It still has potential to be a great place. Superb location and great rooms. However the little details, wich were a great advantage in the past, moved along with the former owners.
