The fact that u only pay for ur stay during check out and great thing is they didn't even ask for deposit. We stayed for 5 nights at Grand deluxe room and the bed was super comfy. The staffs are friendly and attentive to all our request and needs. A quite and peaceful environment for a night stay. The designs are modern, clean and new facilities. They even provide cool drinking water at the lobby for us to drink each time we came back to the hotel after a day trip. Conveniently located next to a 24hrs convenient store and easy access to restaurant nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay and definitely recommend it to anyone which prefer a quite and comfortable staying envir

Room is clean & spacious. The staff clean the room everyday. The hotel provide the beach towel also.

MVC Patong was an exceptional value for money hotel...staff very good and cooperative and speak good English. Location was better than my previous year stay on swtadarik road. Room with great view on 5 th floor. -

I like the location and the girl in the reception was very welcoming and helpful. The room was big and clean. Definitely a good deal that suit our budget. Overall we had a pleasant stay. - La situation de l'hotel, proche de toutes les activités.

Had read quite a few negative reviews about Patong Pearl Resortel, but I don’t believe in everything I hear,- or read… Have been a regular tourist in Patong since 1997, and at least I knew that the hotel had a very central location. The beach was at the other end of the block, and it was less than five minutes walk to busy BangLa Road.

+ my room was so cheap only THB3006 for 3nights (Sep'13)!! I saw their publish rate where NOV is triple of it!!
+ its almost having my own private pool for 3days!! :)
*Room 1107 or 1108 is the best as you can almost directly jump tp the pool from

Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. The manager Andrea was the most helpful insuring we had transport from the airport and advising

Very friendly welcome from Andrea the boss. Showed me around and give me some tips for good food and best bars. Rooms are very big for the small money.
The italian restaurant downstairs is a jewel. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....

L'hotel si trova in un ottima posizione, vicino al centro e comodissimo per raggiungere i maggiori punti turistici. Ma allo stesso tempo lontano dal caos notturno!! Staff molto gentile e camera spaziosa e pulitissima!! Un grazie a Manuel ( proprietario) che mi ha fatto sentire come a casa!!

it's a really nice place. clean and cheap with a great pool & big bathroom!
- small street markets just behind the hotel.
- its a side street so you are really close to everything (food, drink, hairdresser & shops) and yet you can't hear loud music or many cars!
- The pool divided into two so there is one normal swimming pool and attache

Excellent value for money, large comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff. Lovely large wet room style bathroom and a great little swimming pool on the roof looking over the city. Free internet available in the room. I had emailed the hotel prior to arrival and they met my requests for adjoining rooms.
