Andrew was helpful right from airport pick-up till he arranged to pick us up from the pier at the end of a Phi Phi Island trip (also arranged through him at huge discount) and reach us to the airport on time to catch our Bangkok flight. He and his team took good care of us and, as and when we visit Phuket again, we may be Andrew's guests again!! -

Andrew, veeery helpful and nice person!! At reception you can book any
trip or excursion with good discounts! 24H shop 7/11 is next door.
Also nearby big shopping center, food market, taxi points.

Staff were absolutely great and very accommodating, location was superb, close enough to everything but far enough to have peace and quiet, room was spotless and shower was excellent, balcony was rather small, but didn't need to spend much time out there anyway, especially with the roof top pool next door which is also supplied to guests from here, definetly staying there again

The hotel is just few steps from a beach and Bangla road, which makes it very comfortable. For the whole stay we didn't use Tuk-tuk even once. Good value for it's money. -

The location of this property is very good and it’s a luxury apartment, supermarket & laundry are on the next door. We were staying in a 2BR apartment; it is very spacious and well furnished with wooden floor. First and foremost, I love the staffs there. They are very friendly and very helpful. If you have any queries on anything, you can just as them and they will assist you as much as they could.
The second one, I love the location of the hotel. It's so strategic, making everywhere that I had plan to go just a walking distance away.
Thirdly, the hotel itself is just superb. I love the room as it is so comfy and clean.
