Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

Location was great - a short walk to the busy party street and around the hotel had plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. Room was cozy & air conditioner was surprisingly OK. Staff were nice but slow to act on requests (could be a common theme across Thailand). Fantastic roof top pool which is great to lounge around in if you've got a spare

The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside. Our room in this massive hotel was very comfortable and clean. We chose a family room - an L shaped room with 2 double beds plus a couch and kitchen area. The hotel has multiple pool areas with numerous comfortable pool loungers. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality. The gym is very well equipped. -

Absolutely perfect! Staff very kind, always smiling, trying to speak English as much as they can, will help whenever you need them. Nice hotel in a good location, with good facilities, especially the rooftop swimming pool! I went for a deluxe room which was spacious and had a balcony. Good place to relax overall, and close (5 min walk) to Bangla Road, yet far enough not to have your sleep disturbed by the noise.
