The staff were always smiling and very gracious to us, they opened all the doors for us like royalty! The proximity of the hotel is really good for those on a shopping trip. Siam Paragon, Central World, Digital Discovery, Siam Discovery, MBK and Siam Square are all within walking distance. The nicest part was the personal touches of the staff to remember our names and chatted with us whenever they see us. They even came to see us off as we left the hotel. I'm definitely booking this hotel when I revisit Bangkok.

The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly - really made our stay feel special. Fabulous hotel - it's new so everything was very modern and contemporary and loved the room, large, stylish and spotless. Bit over-awed by Bangkok the first day but once you work out that using the sky metro is the best way to get around (including reaching the river - after that use the river boats to reach temples) its a lot easier - and check out the Paragon Siam shopping centre nearby (but don't bother

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed both times that we stayed here. The staff was most welcoming, friendly and helpful. This hotel is on the river and very close to Wat Pho, Wat Arum and the Royal Palace. It has nearby restaurants that serve delicious food at reasonable prices. This hotel's location is ideal for a tourist. It is very new and clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely helpful. We even took a canal cruise while waiting for our departure flight. We highly recommend it

Apartment is big and it has a cozy balcony. I rented 3 rooms apartment for 4 nights for less than SGD600. It's only $200 per room for 4 nights which is quite cheap. It's not far from major malls though not really near. Bout 15-20 mins walk. It's really near if you take a cab though. Many massage parlors nearby.
