Clean and nice budget hotel right next to the train station. I would stay here again if I where taking the train the next day, only a 5 min walk to the station (you can walk underground in the metro tunnel instead of crossing the busy road). Friendly, tall reception lady went out of her way on various occasions
to help us, because of this our trip to Thailand was made easier &
more enjoyable, so thank you very much! The service level in the
restaraunt was always friendly, and professional. Food was fantastic
& well priced. Location is excellent, right next to subway, which is
also very easy to use, stops are in Thai & English, it's cheap
& runs 6am-12am daily. Hua Lamphong station also across the road.

Location - right beside the train station View - You can see the entire

The hotel is new. Rooms are well furnished, large and very clean. Breakfast is rich, with many coiches, both western and thai, and breakfast room has a nice view from the 12th floor. Wifi is good. Position is perfect, near central station and chinatown, with restaurants and supermarket close to the hotel. English speaking staff is very kind and will help you with anything.

The hotel was ideally situated for all the railway networks. You step out from the underground train and you are immediately at the hotel. We moved around the city very easily from here. Good value too. We enjoyed a swim in their clean pool. -

Fantastic view from the well priced eighth floor restaurant/bar.
Easy access to Chinatown, Pathpong Rd and Bangkok City. Staff helpful in
giving advice for tours and sightseeing. Saving us quite a lot of money
instead of the organized expensive tours.

Staff was extremely polite and accommodating. The extra effort to meet my needs (a box breakfast on the morning I left at 2AM for the airport!) were very unexpected but welcome. While they were always busy, I never felt they were too busy for me. -

Flawless stay from start to finish.
Arrival service from the concierge and reception to the stunning view from our room and the outstanding outside pool. I literally couldn't fault it and would recommend the Pathumwan Princess Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a luxury hotel without the price-tag! It's also attached to the awesome shopping mall MBK!
The only thing I would say was missing is luxurious bathroom products i.e. shampoo conditioner etc. could be better quality, but taking all thing

Eccellente localizzazione: all' inizio di chinatown verso il centrostorico, nel raggio di 1 km vai a piedi dappertutto (budda d' oro, grandpalace e budda di smeraldo, budda sdraiato) salvo che nella zona deicentri commerciali moderni (se proprio non ne puoi fare a meno vai all'mbk e da li a piedi a tutti I più nuovi un pomeriggio/sera con il tuktuk

I told them in future all Australian people training for the hospitality industry should be sent to Thailand as part of their study. Staff are so good they felt like family, their happy smiles and their genuine wish to give amazing service will keep us going back to Thailand again and again. The Grande Ville feels like a second home thanks to all the staff. - Really friendly and helpful staff.

I first stayed at The Swan Hotel 26 years ago, it was excellent then and is even better now. Superb location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it highly. -
Had a wonderful time. Breakfast was included, which was a pleasant surprise and great value for money.
Would recommend to friends anytime.

A big and comfortable room that actually feels like your second
house;really friendly staff and a very positive atmosphere; absolutely
great breakfast; located in a very convenient place - only a five minute
walk to bts,also a five minute ride on tuk-tuk to the river side ; our
residence there in the hotel took 4 nights because we had a forced
change in our plans,but we had actually reserved for 7 nights - yet they
didn't charge us for this.
