hotel. There are a lot of local street foods near the hotel early in the

Great staff. The room has multiple locked drawers, refrigerator, how water heater, dishes, and tv / Internet.
I accidentally took their keys, and they were very polite about it. I arranged to mail them back, and they were friendly and understanding throughout.

The best staff ever - extremely kind, polite and service-minded - really high-class. Nice (however small) rooms, big safe deposit box, cabled/wireless (and free) Internet access, well maintained and nicely decorated. Our Guest Record was pre-filled, so we only had to sign it and hence we had a quick check-in. Good location very close to the night

We liked the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help us and answer all our questions. We had a problem with the bathroom plumbing which they fixed right away.
The rooms are bright and spacious with lots of storage space. The location was pretty convenient as well and having a shuttle to take us to the nearest BTS stop was definitely a plus.

Everything was great. We had issues with our card and the owner was kind enough to give us time till evening to try again and even called the bank to ensure that his machine is in shape. We recently used the H-Residence as a "home base" during a 5 week trip traveling through Thailand. The hotel was very accommodating and the staff was very polite and helpful. The location is semi-tricky to find but once you understand where you are, it is easy to get to the BTS and around Santhorn. The rooftop pool was the added bonus. -

The hotel is great, the staff wonderful, and the location may be tricky to find on your way in, but easy to navigate once you understand where you are.

I booked it because of the location and it was absolutely spot on - Nana BTS escalator is right there as soon as you come out and step onto Sukumvit road. All our travel in Bangkok was made so much easier because of this. There is shopping, massages, Indian restaurants and nightlife within walking distance.

This is my fifth time staying at On 8 over the past 3 years and I find the Management has maintained the conditions well. The hotel is clean and value for money. The location is one of the best as Nana BTS is just at its doorstep. I can travel to other parts of Bangkok easily. I will continue to patronize On 8 if I come to Bangkok as I find the hotel cozy and nice.

1.The staffs were friendly and helpful, even the guard always welcoming me back when I reach hotel lobby entrance.
2. The room was spacious, bed are comfortable. I am using the Gym room, swimming pool, steam room, sauna very often during my long stay at this hotel.

Fantastic location right near BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit. Close to markets, restaurants and lots of amenities. The dining area has moved upstairs on Floor 2 which I think is a better location.
