The hotel has a nice location. İt is newly refurbished. Has a wonderful pool. Service is very efficient. But the bedt thing about the hotel is Jorge. The General Manager. İ believe he is one of the best in the sector. He can literally spend hours and hours with all customers to make their stay in Bangkok pleasent. Take his advises. -

Very friendly and helpful staff, never a grumpy one as I've seen at most other places. Also seems to have a consistent level of quality. -

Second time in this hotel and everything was amazing - pool, rooftop garden (nice windy place for reading, relaxing, working, yoga practising, drinking beer - or whisky in Thailand :-) etc.), small fitness (I was alone here - same like in pool) and spacious elegant luxury rooms. Unfortnitly I have lost my IPad at the hotel room and when I reported to
the hotel front desk they have said they will conduct an investigation
and come back to me . Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can
go to the police . I'm very sure someone from the housekeeping has
stolen my IPad therefor I would never recommend this hotel to any

The staff is excellent, help us pre-booking just on sofa and help us check in before the standard time. The facility is the best I have stay in BKK. Location is always in the center, just fewer steps to center downtown.

The location was absolutely amazing - 1 train stop away from the shopping district but not close enough to have the chaos around us. It also had an amazing mall within a 7-10min walk. Excellent and friendly staff. Modern boutique hotel, closeby the big shopping areas of Bangkok.
We liked the pool, on the 8th floor, as well as the generous amounts of complimentary water bottles and the complimentary drinks & snacks in the room.
Staff was very helpful in setting up 2 diner reservations at Bangkok's nicest rooftop restaurants.

The location for getting around Bangkok is hard to beat. Very convenient
to light rail to downtown walking through mall with least outdoor
walking in heat/humidity. The comfort of the room, the fantastic

Emporium was the first place I stayed in Thailand. When you arrived you were greeted by gentlemen opening doors, collecting bags etc. The staff were very helpful.
The swimming pool / gym area was fabulous.
Night lights were impressive.
Access to sky train was only minutes away. If you needed a taxi, the gentleman out the front hailed one for you.
No noise in rooms at all, very quiet.
It felt very luxurious to stay there.

Gorgeous decor in the colonial style but new & with a great rooftop
pool. Friendly helpful staff - we arrived at 10am after flying from
Europe & they quickly prepared our room so we were checked in at
