They made sure we had a quiet room towards the back (furthest from Sathorn Road, and not on the side facing the Australian Embassy, where the traffic noise seems to come in more). The hotel is very convenient for embassies in Bangkok. Not very far from
some nightlife and night markets you could walk it but I hailed a taxi
and it was only 40 thb to get there. The reception is very helpful and
the manager could not do enough.

floor are safe from outside noise, but you will hear other guests coming
and going/doors slamming etc. -
Surprisingly, the room is clean and new. The staff/owners are so friendly and helpful. Communication in English is not an issue here. Breakfast is simple but that's enough for us, if travel in a group as us, the staff may prepare special breakfast eg porridge/noodle.
BTS or LRT are not too far.

THIS BOUTIQUE HOTEL IS SMALL AND COZY.A TERRIFIC STAFF FROM HOUSEKEEPING TO ROOM SERVICE TO THE FRONT DESK. We liked the friendly atmosphere and the courtesy extended by the staff both at the reception and the housekeeping, the excellent location near shopping areas and Skytrain, the peacefulness of the surroundings, the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms and budget friendly. -
