Staff was very friendly and polite. At the check in the staff recommended us to sign up for a membership to enjoy some other perks like late check out ( which we did). Very close to the BTS and MRT stations. Japanese area nearby and at night the street market and street food vendors would start their business.

Excellent location near the Chong Nonsi BTS station. Sufficient distance to other buildings from the windows. Quiet - except the A/C which may slightly disturb someone. The staff was so friendly and helpful with all of our requests. They were very accommodating and such a pleasure to interact with. Also, the location is perfect! I liked the fact that I got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite on the 35th floor. It was awesome to be able to have breakfast in the lounge on the 37th floor. The evening complementary cocktails and canapes were very much appreciated. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and always smiling. The Chong Nonsi BTS is only 10 minutes walk away and for those who don't want to walk the hotel has a shuttle bus to bring you there. Silom Road is only 15 minutes walk away. Loved the décor of the hostel and the full-length window in our room! Wifi was good, there were computers and Jenga at the common area. A bath towel and face towel were provided, and the duvet felt gorgeously luxurious! -
