  location breakfast room was light and user friendly with good ventilation in the bathroom wifi was great air conditioning was great - My brother unfortunately left a bag in the taxi. The amount of time and effort they showed to track his belongings down was amazing.

The position is very convinient, They are not far from BTS (is like an underground) and near Silom Rd.   Last year we stayed in the Aetas Residence next to the hotel. Which is a serviced appartment and we liked the location and the service. This year i decided to stay at the hotel instead. Luckily the room we had reserved was fully booked so we got upgraded free of charge to an executive suite on the 21th floor. This was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.
