  I really liked this hotel. A friend and I rented a designer 2 bedroom suite. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable, modern and clean. The hotel daily breakfast was great. Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can go to the police . Luckily the room we had reserved was fully booked so we got upgraded free of charge to an executive suite on the 21th floor.
