  The hotel is very quaint and is located perfectly near main train station and old city. If you are looking for a conventional hotel and all it's amenities then Helvetia not for you. This is a boutique hotel and our room was the apartment, was great, and spacious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Darling rooms, with great decor, and reasonable price for Switzerland.

  The staff were great, and spoke good English. Food was excellent. - Only a couple blocks from the center of Uster and the train station. People were very nice. We misplaced some things and they looked through trash for us. Breakfast was continental, but very good. Good location for our side trips to Zurich, Mt. Rigi, etc.

  Upon complaining, we were immediately shifted to another bigger and better configured apartment, affording more privacy (which fortunately was available). The apartment building is well located, and the staff we spoke to, were very friendly and accommodating. We shall definitely stay there the next time. Pictures here display the place honestly and i was really stunned by the standard and nice design in the apartment. I can only recommend this apartments !

  The room was very clean and it is in a good position (very central). - We like that there was a small kitchen. The studio apartment was very cozy and safe. The area is also very quiet.
