  Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure your needs are met and you are well looked after. From getting around the city to preparing a very early breakfast before you leave for the airport. This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and it is consistently excellent. On arrival late at night I asked them for a meeting room for the next morning and it was arranged within ten minutes. Room was spacious and well appointed. I didn't try the pool or spa but I will next time. This is an absolutely top class hotel.

  Excellent staff always very helpful, especially in the dining room at Breakfast. Rooms were excellent size and as clean as one would want. Over our three night stay we occupied 2 different rooms. The first night we had a three bed family room on the 3rd floor which was superb. Opening the windows was a definite No, No because - All the staff were really helpful and friendly. We had various things we needed help with and they were great at solving anything we requested. The reception staff in particular had great patience and a sense of humour. The breakfast were lovely and the restaurant meals were good but pricy-but then Swiss restaurants are pricy! Easy walking distance of the city centre and station-about 10 mins.
