  La gentilezza dello staff e molto bello e accurato il design - Stanze comode e all'avanguardia tecnologicamente. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e per chi non parla tedesco ed inlgese segnalo la presenza di un impiegato molto disponibile e di lingua italiana che presta servizio di notte.

  Staff was very friendly. It was extremely quiet at night and in the morning which was so appreciated. The beds were also very comfortable. - The hotel was just perfectly located in town, you are felt very welcome and food lovely.

  The best aspect of this hotel is that it is about 5 minutes walk to the gondola or a little more to the train station. It has an area for your skis and a warm room for your ski boots. The beds are comfortable. - Excellent service, friendly staff and great food. Our stay at the hotel really was the icing on the cake for the entire stay in Engelberg! I've been going to different places in the alpes for six consecutive years now and this is by far the best hotel I've stayed at (regardless of number of stars)!
