  Very friendly and welcoming. We arrived late, and the owner came outside immediately to show us a parking place. We still could order dinner in spite of the late hour.   Great location and right next to the lake. The views from the balcony of the apartment was fantastic, the lake and mountain views - just great. Only about 10-15 mins to Luzern. Apartment was spacious and clean... the only thing the apartment did not have was a jug to make a cup of tea with, Had to boil water in a saucepan, like the old days....

  We loved our room and our stay, especially the view over the foreshores and the lake. The reception staff were ever so helpful and keen to assist with any problems. They were vivacious, but at the same time very professional. The tour desk staff were also the same, pointing us in the right direction. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.
