  A couple of days before arrival I contacted the hotel by email for information, which I received by return email. On check-in date, I arrived early, 9h00 am, but was checked-in immediately. The employee provided some folders of the city, and was very helpful. The room was perfect, with a nice view to the polybahn. THANK YOU hotel staff. - The closeness to the railwaystation and the old town is nr 1. Rooms ok but decoration a bit worn. Bathroom very clean. Breakfast (at extra cost) quite adequate. Nice and comfy Weinstube on the ground floor (closed on Sundays) with typical food.

  The place was clean and quiet. The furnishings were spare, but serviceable. The staff at checkin was good. The area was a 'hip' part of town - near some good restaurants that were not too expensive.
