Room was quite big, and had a nice wardrobe, a fridge, a table and a little sofa.
Location was OK, close to the station. Not very convenient if carrying heavy baggage (15 mins walk from Zurich HB).

Apartment was clean, had everything we needed, but the floors were creaking. I read other reviews about area but we didn't hear any noise around at night like others say. It was an easy walk to the train station & close to the main shopping area as well as old town. -

valuable price considering it is in Switzerland. It has a public kitchen in each floor (actually only 3 rooms per floor). Our stay at Guesthouse Weststrasse was fine. We had no problems finding
it nor checking in. The key code was emailed prior to arriving and it
worked fine for accessing the key from the key box. It was in a good
location, close enough to town to walk, we walked everywhere, it was
easy. Its also close to the tram line too. Room again was fine, nothing
flashy but it was clean.

The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. They were very responsive to our needs and much to our delight we were upgraded from the Guesthouse to the Hotel which had better facilities. - The location was fantastic - you can easily walk there from the main train station. Then the tourist sights are within walking distance also.
- The room was an adequate size - there was enough room for luggage and to walk around.
- The room was clean.
- There was a lift so you didn't have to carry your luggage up stairs.
- The staff were professional.

No reception but key is easy to collect from the box on the wall. The
room is soooooo big for the price if you just visited tourism place like
Venice.... It is clean and safe,modern decoration, a balcony with table
and chairs. Close to the tram station which takes about less than 15
minutes travel to train station. I even forgot to take the key with me
while going out for a walk, after calling reception the kind lady
patiently instruct me the way to get in. Would come back again.

Sehr gut ausgestattet und kuschelige Wohnung - My job is mostly travelling so I spent many nights in 5*hotels all around the world. Never ever had such a fabulous experience like this.
