  It was a dog friendly hotel and near to the ferry port. It was clean and friendly, we had a pleasant, hassle free nights stay. Although out of the town centre on a industrial estate, it was clean, quiet and had good links into the town.   Naiara and the rest of the folks that work at the house are extremely helpful and pleasant. The location is dramatic high up in the hills/mountains. The breakfasts were fantastic. There's a bakery on the premises and you enjoy the products throughout your visit. You are really in the middle of the great Basque region and culture. Also Mikel is a very nice person and makes you feel always comfortable. To be there with them felt just like being home with family. Rooms were also very good. Spacious and with the pre of having a whirlpool in your own bathroom. Great stay. I will be coming back for sure.

  Location within walking minutes to bus station was very convenient. City was small enough and transportation rail i front of hotel made up for isolated location. The cleanliness was super!
