  We had no problems parking-and ended up seeing the hotel as soon as we emerged from the garage-perfect! It's right next to the police station, so very quiet and safe (not that other parts of the city aren't). It was a very short walk to the cathedral and the city was fantastic to wander through. The heat was on, there was a hair dryer for me to use, they even had an electric kettle and tea sitting in our room - It was excellent in all ways * it was clean, nicely designed , bright, warm, open and friendly , just around the corner from the cathedral, but with ready access to taxis too. the staff , Diego and the young woman (whose name I didn't get) were exceptionally friendly and helpful ~~ in short a delightful place !! I d stay there again ~~)

  Delightful converted monastery. While the rooms were basic the building and its gardens were fabulous - we had our picnic lunch in the cloister gardens. Extremely quiet and a quiet location on the university's old campus. Good continental breakfast. Lots of free parking. As advertised there is no air conditioning but don't open windows. There is a serious fly problem in this area due to nearby farms. The hotel itself is spotless, new, with beautiful views onto the bay and a gorgeous outdoor terrace perfect for sunny breakfasts or apéros.
