  We stayed at the apartment located in the Mercat del Born area, the nicest neighborhood in the centre of Barcelona. Filled with bars, restaurants and graphic alleys to stroll. The street of the apartment is really quite and felt safe. She was really kind and helpful and she answered every question we had about sightseeing around the city. All the other members of the sta - We loved the position of the apartment and the relaxing space it provided for us.We found all the staff so welcoming, friendly and so helpful. The Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, Modernista Barcelona with the Gaudi masterpieces and Joan Miro art, the plazas and markets, Roman ruins, the parks, waterfront and mountains, all very accessible with the excellent metro system and fantastic tourist bus made our 5 day trip one of the most interesting holidays I have ever had. Highly recommend it for a city

  The location was fantastic. It was very close to the El Born district & the Picasso Museum. There were plenty of little unique shops & restaurants in the area. Yet the location was very quiet & calm since the hotel faces the Citadel Park. The interior is very modern, clean and well-maintained. Lots of different breads, juices, teas and coffees. Great value and just what you need before a days sightseeing. Our room was small but well planned, clean and comfortable.   The hostal is a very nice apartment (or two joint apartments) on the 3rd floor of a beautiful modernist house, with these old-style elements like shutters, tiled floor, wicker sofa, and separate taps for cold and hot water, and our room had a beautiful little balcony with forged railings. The hostesses, Maria and Martina, were very nice and helpful. Living in this real b - The entire hostal has great design features and the owners knew what vintage furniture pieces to ad in order to preserve its wonderful architecture. I especially loved the strained-glass windows and the original tiles in all rooms. My room was spaceous, with a great street view from the small balcony. The location is perfect: 5 minutes walk to Paseig de Gracia and another 5 minutes to Placa de Catalunya (also, metro stations and bus stations are very close). The owners are really nice and ready

  Pepe and his wife were really helpful and gave us excellent specific advice especially on where to go and how to travel with young children and held onto our luggage after check out as we had a late flight. Apartment was very comfy and stylishly decorated without having to be too precious about it and everything was thought of that we could ha - Location is great: 2 min walking from Girona metro station, 7 min walking from Passeig de Gracia metro/train station. Also walking distance to Ramblas de Catalunya. Excellent for shopping, restaurants, caffe'-s and more of "real" Barcelona. Apartments look exactly like in the picture: modern, super clean, neat, new, well equpied. (a new building behind an old facade) Staff is super friendly, helpful and clear on all the costs/options. I will stay there again.
