for a hostel, it was the best I could find in europe. Very clean. Of course you have to keep on mind it is not a Hotel, but I think you are not going to Barcelona to stay in the room :)

The hotel had a lot of charm. It was clean (clean towels daily and beds changed during a 5 night stay), a great shower with plenty of very hot water, comfy beds and heating! The location was brilliant! - just off La Ramblas, 2 minutes walk from the metro and 3 minutes walk from a Carrefour supermarket. Our room was simple but comfortable enough for our needs. We were particularly pleased to have a room on the fifth floor - it meant that our room was very quiet. Nice clean hotel, close to all the action and the metro. Situated in a back lane, it was very quiet. There was an elevator from the first floor upwards. There was also a community refrigerator to keep things cold. Grocery store and breakfast was available close by on the street itself.

The location of the pension couldnt be more perfect. In 10-15 min walk, you'r at the beach and in 2 min, u're at La Rambla Street. The pension is located in a small alley so it is very quiet. We stayed twice in a room with private bathroom and will be coming back for sure. The hotel is extremely nice: the design is simple, but very nice, in white and blue tones, the bed was extremely comfortable, rooms had a small balcony, the bathroom was clean and neat, the reception was friendly and helpful. It is 2 min walk from Las Ramblas and Columbus. All in all, you get much more than you are paying for. 10 out of 10.
