the location was perfect for our needs. The apartment was compact and had all which we required. -
The location is great - right near Plaza Espanya (we were closer to the metro than the location on the website as there are 2 properties). Staff were helpful at check-in, even though you need to drive to a different office.

appointed with everything one needs to enjoy a self-catered holiday in Barcelona. Located in what first appears to be an unattractive, typical urban mixed-use setting, it was only a couple of blocks from the Sants railroad station and Placa de Espanya with the boulevard leading up to the Catalonian National Art Museum on Mont Juic.

Close to many interesting places including Plazza Espanya, Magic Fountain and Spanish Village. The city tour bus and Airport bus both stop at Plazza Espanya. There is a small but well stocked market Condis close by (open 9am-21pm), bakery shop, butcher, grocer, delicatessen just around the corner.

But next time I go would chose an apartment closer to the town centre and beach, We were warned of pick pockets, but we were care with our belongings and didnt feel threatened at any time. I

Really nice personal, the taxi driver didn't found the exact location and one of the girls working there was kind enough to came and picked us up - it was raining heavily.
The apartments are situated near to the subway and also to the train station, which made it easy for us to move around and outside Barcelona.
There are several places nearby where you can enjoy good food.
No noise, as it a secundary street with basically no cars.
Near many shops and a big supermarket.
