The location is wonderful right next to Gran Via and close to the main attractions. The manager, Rocio, is a wonderful person. She let her stay in a spare room before check-in (we have two young girls and they were really tired) and let us check-out late at no extra cost! She's a wonderful person in general always willing to help with directions, phone calls and whatever you may need.The place is an excellent value for money and I'll recommend it to everybody.

The Apartment was in the center of Madrid. Easy access to the transpotations and everything you need. Super clean and tidy. very nice decore and furniture.Once you enter this Apartment , you just feel like it's your home. Highly recommended. The owner was not speaking very good english but she was super nice to usand had a great smile. -

small hotel. But they hire 2 employees who cam speak good english, and very kind and helpful to guest. The location of the hotel is great. In walking distance to most sightseing place. It is on 8th floor of busiest st in the city, Gran Via. But is close to
Metro and lots of eating places. The staff we're good, the lady sold
us tix to tourist bus at seniors rates. Room was very small but
comfortable. No ac but they gave us a fan. You could open french doors
to street but very noisy, even at 2:00am

This is a small hostel high up in an old building. It's in a great
location and is perfect for friends or a couple to use as a base for
seeing Madrid. The staff was awesome. Totally awesome. The hostel is a
bit run down and in need of a bit of work. Hopefully the owners take
care of that soon. Smaller than what the website implies.

We arrived very late, about 11.45pm, and Juan was there to welcome us. He took time to explain the surroundings and to tell us what and where to visit. Our apartment was fabulous, large airy, bright, very well equipped and it was squeeky clean!! The location was brilliant, very central, but quite residential,Ioved sitting on the balcony and people watching, and the soundproofing was very effective. Overall, a really great place to stay, I would recommend The Central Suites to anybody visiting
