We loved this apartment. My 2 friends and I decided we wanted the flexibility of having our own kitchen & a bedroom/sleeping space separate from living space. The apartment was perfect for 3 of us and the manager arranged for an extra single bed to go in the bedroom, so we could all sleep in the back of the apartment. It was quiet and dark.

Although no staff appeared to be onsite, we could phone or email the office for assistance. Raquel was very helpful, she made sure we had a kettle and top floor apartment as we requested. She also ordered us a taxi to take us back to the airport. The apartment was extremely well equipped and the location was convenient for a good choice of restaurants, cafes and grocery shops.The museums, art galleries, Gran Via and Sunday market are all within easy walking distance.

I love the location of the place. the Hostel is not busy or full of people, which I really enjoyed. It it is small, staff is very friendly and the price is good. we had a room with two double beds, we were with 2 girls -

Sleepy Moon was the first place in Spain where we stayed during our first journey to this country and it was really a good start. We were met by Rocio and she was very friendly and supportive. We felt as if we were long-awaited guests. We spent also our last night in Sleepy Moon. Both times the apartments were comfortable, equipped with everything

The location is wonderful right next to Gran Via and close to the main attractions. The manager, Rocio, is a wonderful person. She let her stay in a spare room before check-in (we have two young girls and they were really tired) and let us check-out late at no extra cost! She's a wonderful person in general always willing to help with directions, phone calls and whatever you may need.The place is an excellent value for money and I'll recommend it to everybody.

The Apartment was in the center of Madrid. Easy access to the transpotations and everything you need. Super clean and tidy. very nice decore and furniture.Once you enter this Apartment , you just feel like it's your home. Highly recommended. The owner was not speaking very good english but she was super nice to usand had a great smile. -

The apartments are situated in an excellent position between two main metro stations. We found the location brilliant, only ten minutes walk to the Gran Via. Although there was noise from the front bedrooms it was nothing unusual than you would expect from a capital city. The reception staff were very friendly and polite. The apartments fantastic.

It is on 8th floor of busiest st in the city, Gran Via. But is close to
Metro and lots of eating places. The staff we're good, the lady sold
us tix to tourist bus at seniors rates. Room was very small but
comfortable. No ac but they gave us a fan. You could open french doors
to street but very noisy, even at 2:00am

An excellent City centre location within easy walking distance of Sol, Plaza de Espana and close to Museo del Prado and Reina Sofia gallery.
The 2 bed apartment has excellent spacious rooms. The apartments are also secure in terms of entry to the building and the apartments themselves.

Location Location! The view from the apartment can't get any better, you have to see to believe it. The apartment is easy to locate, the owners are friendly. The duplex apartment we stayed in was pretty elegant with sofa lounge from Ikea, basic kitchenette, twin beds on the upper deck. Bathroom is slightly small but can't complain. Provided with clean towels for entire stay. Overall lovely place and we would recommend to anyone who prefers a Palacio view than a city view.
