  Colazione, SPA - This was an excellent hotel. It was situated just outside the Waterfront and although you could walk there, they had a courtesy bus that ran every half hour. It was also situated near to the cental area. We arrived early and they looked after our luggage until the room was ready. The swimming pool must have the best veiw in town being on the 19th floor! The rooms and service is very good. The location of the hotel is good and the use of the free shuttle to the Vand A water front is very useful. If you get a good rate this is the hotel to stay in.

  Justin and Caine were the most amazing hosts looking after our every need. The warm welcome, the incredible bedroom, the grounds, the outdoor hot tub, the huge lounge and discrete bar area which allows you to unwind having explored the beautiful surrounding area. The service was without fault. We left incredibly early on our departure day and Justin - Staff friendliness and willingness to assist in any way was outstanding. Breakfasts were varied and tailored to all of our needs. The privacy and space in our family suite was excellent with a child. It felt like a home away from home. The hosts willingness to assist and recommendations for day trips, restaurants, and spas was great!

  What is not to like. The service was so excellent, nothing to big or small for the staff to handle. We went for the Parlotones Concert and was drop off and collected from the venue. Then dinner at Sir Henry White. Food was exceptional as well as the services. Our stay overall was the best ever locally as well as abroad.
