  The host immediately greeted us on our arrival and was very helpful and regularly checked if all was OK. Breakfast was great. Home made ham and cheese was delicious. Perfect for walking our d - The view there was superb! We took many photos of the fabulous view. So we found the location to be excellent. The hosts themselves were really friendly, so if we had questions they always were happy to answer and help out. They had a wine yard and made their own wines there and we had the opportunity to taste those wines and see how the wine is made. And I must add that their wines tasted excellent! The only thing what we had to do is to ask the hosts if they offered the opportunity to do so.

  This is a perfect hotel! The rooms are extremely comfortable and spacious, the breakfast is great and on top you also have free parking in the garage. But the best was the hotel staff. Especially "Helena" from the reception was outstanding, she really made us feel welcome and had an honest smile on her lips. We had a spacious, very comfortable room with a great view of the river. The location is excellent as a starting point for discovering Maribor - a nice and quiet city not so well known and crowded.   We stopped in Maribor on the road for Croatia. This hotel is an excellent choice, 5 min from the highway. A lot of space in the room, top bathroom, We'd also an excellent diner in the restaurant of the hotel, based on local fresh products - We liked very much this hotel.   Where do I start, I think whatever I write will be an understatement as this is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. I cannot say that I have stayed in lots of places, maybe 30-40 hotels in my life, but in terms of service that is the best place I have even been. The Chinese chef cooked some very tasty food, huge portions. We had soup , spring rolls and 2 main courses with rice, far too much for us. Very pleasant staff dressed in Chinese costume. Thank you for a very comfortable stay.
