On arrival I noticed the hotel was clean and fresh and had a lovely aromatic smell. Staff welcomed me, then helped us to get luggage from our car which was parked just down the street and showed us where their car park was. All staff members we met at Adora Hotel were very accommodating and all had superb levels of English which made communication very easy. They were all more than happy to help and were proactive in making our trip very enjoyable. They helped us with bus times to Lake Bled and even printed timetables off for us. This hotel is a little jewel in the old town of Ljubliana, perfect location right at the bottom of the castle, just 5 minutes walking distance from the river and the Cathedral.
The staff is very friendly and everything is planned to make you feel at home.
Our room (double superior) was very spacious, bright, with wodden floors. The bathroom was also quite spacious and the shower was fantastic.

The Birokrat was in a convenient location just a 15 minute bus ride to
the city center. We were very please with the quality of the room which
was modern and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations and directions.
They also went out of their way to mail a library book and glasses that
we left in the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although being situated a few kilometres out of the centre of town it was a brilliant place to stay for a few days. Very close to shopping malls and plenty of places to eat. €5 taxi into town and the staff would gladly order one. The hotel was spotless and the staff were so helpful. The room was very comfortable(very nice beds). Service from check in to check out was outstanding. Breakfast was very good. Kristen at the front desk was a very big help with transportation to and from the center city. All of our needs/requests were fulfilled quickly and to our liking. We were traveling with two smaller kids and the staff made this trip one to remember!

Great location as smack bang in the middle of the old town area, by the Triple Bridge; can walk to anything. Room was basic but fine for our needs & was clean & tidy. We only stayed here one night, but were very impressed with the chap at Reception as we were leaving about 6am (before breakfast) the next day, so he arranged for lunch packs

the staff is very welcoming and helpful. the rooms are very clean and rather big. the hotel itself is in the center of the pedestrian zone which means on one hand to get there you need to park the car and go by foot (7-10min), but on the other hand it's very close to the center of the city and to the river. there is free good signal wifi in the rooms.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited: set in a 16th century old palace, it has all the comforts of our modern world too. Without asking for it, I was upgraded, at no additional charge, to an extravagantly large suite, as lovely decorated as the common areas of the hotel. The hotel is in a very quiet spot but still the excellent location is walking distance from everything important to see and do; the staff were outstanding, friendly and ready to help with bookings and special info. My room was spacious, with good furniture, crisp white linen and had everything I needed. The free wi-fi was great to use my iPad. Mrs. Minka, the owner, is a lovely and friendly person Who prepares wonderful homemade cakes and marmelades for breakfast. She makes you feel at home. The apt was spacious., clean and Very confortable. We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is not in the center but it is just 5 minutes driving. Recommended for everyone.

We were warmly welcomed at the hotel. Hotel is designed in farm style and full of flowers. Restrant of the hotel deserves the best feedback! Food is great and price is reasonable. Many local people have dinner there. It was the most tasty dishes in LJ we have and we tasted a lot. The room is not big but nice. -
