  On arrival I noticed the hotel was clean and fresh and had a lovely aromatic smell. Staff welcomed me, then helped us to get luggage from our car which was parked just down the street and showed us where their car park was. The staff offered us a drink whilst they carried the luggage upstairs to our rooms as they have no lift.
