Concierge were most obliging from local advice and knowledge, luggage security once checked out etc. The room was very comfortable with a work desk area which was most helpful. Would look to stay here again when traveling to Singapore.

No it is not on one of the main shopping streets but it is just a short walk to Orchard road and one of the best mrt underground stations (a major intersection of 4 different lines) in Singapore.
