We were upgraded to the Valley Wing Club floor for a moderate price increase which was well worth it. Breakfast was included and served in lovely lounge. The breakfast buffet on the first floor was excellent with American styled breakfast to Asian breakfast foods. The fitness center is clean and can be accessed any time of day by just asking the front desk staff (between 10pm- 6am). The location was also ideal for business meetings. It is also off of Orchard Road, which allowed for a quieter sleep at night. I would stay here again.

We liked the sheer luxury and quality about everything the hotel has, its comfort, cleanliness and service. We liked its position, not directly on Orchard Road but a four minute straight walk to the hustle bustle of the huge shops and everything that has to offer.We liked the fabulous coffee shop with its cakes and savouries which was great for breakfast when you really did not want the quantity of a full buffet breakfast. The staff were all-round excellent, from the receptionist, Hui Wen, to the floor butler, Faizali and the floor manager, Jason. All of them made me feel very welcome.
The facilities were generally top-notch too, in particular, the very spacious Lady Astor room on the 12th floor to which I was upgraded free of charge. These are the little things that make St. Regis stand out. Truly world-class service.

Very friendly, executive room including drinks during the day which were appreciated after a day exploring in the heat . Evening cocktails and canapés 6-8.30 were excellent too. It was my boyfriends birthday and they provided a cake with candles in the room. -

very impressed by the high service standard. It is a busy hotel but every staffs make it very welcoming and comfortable stay for us. The subtle caring and attentions that the hotel staffs try to deliver make a huge difference and make it stand-out. Grand Hyatt has been like a second home to me every time I'm in Singapore. The staff are very helpful, no need to question about cleanliness. Although there was a renovation at some floors, I didn't hear any noise and I was informed about this when I booked for the reservation. -

door people, to the Information desk, the porters, the cashiers, the
people that checked us in, the room cleaning staff and the restaurant

size is big, very nice interiors, very close to orchard road... And
whosoever is writing bad about the staff it's all false... The staff
is so helpful be it the reception guys or the bell boys just so helpful
and if you are looking for Indian food nearby u have to walk for at
least 15 mins and the restaurant name is the curry culture near orchard
point.. Amazing food there.... I would definitely stay here again

the guest expectations: good and quiet location (very closed to Orchard
street that is the shopping heaven), bathroom amenities, quality bed
linen and towels, services, friendly and smiling staff, free wi-fi, good

- The service of the staff at Quincy is excellent! They greeted us with
a smile every time we walk passed them. My boyfriend actually
misplaced his wallet near the front desk. We received a call in our
room and was told that a cleaner picked up his wallet (when he
didn't even realize)!
- It is definitely value-for-money when hotel provided full board meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) plus free flow of drinks from 6pm to 8pm. There's complimentary mini bar in the room too!

The staffs were very helpful, also they have this friendly indian man dress up in old dutch costume who is super funny and friendly.
On the room itself, my family had a great stay during our visit to singapore. Everything was well prepared.
