The staffs were very helpful, also they have this friendly indian man dress up in old dutch costume who is super funny and friendly.
On the room itself, my family had a great stay during our visit to singapore. Everything was well prepared.

The staff from the doorman to the receptionist and housekeeping were polite, efficient and professional. They made our stay a very pleasant one.
There were two main things we were very happy about:
1) We were grateful to have been informed that my husband had left his wallet behind when we checked out.

Hotel itself is a cosy luxury heritage property. Rooms were large, quiet, well-appointed and spacious. We got nothing but excellent service from the staff. A mention of our 20th anniversary at booking had the manager send up a complimentary cake and card! The Scotts / Orchard Road location is ideal for tourists. The grounds and outdoor pools are great for passing a balmy afternoon.

We stayed for a couple of nights and loved it. Very modern and comfortable. The free wifi worked a treat. I could not connect at first, but they sent someone to fix it within 5 minutes. It's great to stay at a place that understands the importance of wifi. The location was wonderful. Right on Orchard. -

At first I have booked the weekend package and requested a smoking room.
Since the hotel practices strict policy on non smoking in their hotel
rooms we were suggested the pool terrace room which has its own balcony
and facing plus direct access to the pool. We loved the room. We will
definitely stay in the pool terrace floor again. -

accessibility and courteous staff. i also like their privacy system wherein your room key can only access your floor thus discouraging other people or non-hotel guest from going up - hotel under construction until november. hotel upgraded us to a beautiful room on a high floor to avoid any noise. staff was very helpful. breakfast buffet was good.

The staff we really good, everytime we call for anything they would cone immediatly. The helped us with finding taxi, movie ticketing and many more. Great place for family with kids. The best thing is location location and location. Its close to many shopping centers and supermarket, taxi stop, and MRT 'train station'. -

My family of seven stayed at the Regency House for 10 days.
We had a fantastic vacation and the hotel was amazing!
Our room was a three bedroom with wonderful interiors, clean, specious with a living room and kitchen equipped with all the ammenities that you will need, and including fast free Wifi, Tv's and cable.

Regency House is in an excellent location close to Train, bus and Orchard Rd. We walked to these in 5 min or less. The staff are extremely polite, friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and access to coffee machines was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again. Kids loved the pool and being able to walk to food malls for dinner was fantatic.

Very friendly, executive room including drinks during the day which were appreciated after a day exploring in the heat . Evening cocktails and canapés 6-8.30 were excellent too. It was my boyfriends birthday and they provided a cake with candles in the room. -

The whole experience was one of 100% satisfaction. The property its
grounds and all of the facilities were 1st class. No it is not on one of
the main shopping streets but it is just a short walk to Orchard road
and one of the best mrt underground stations (a major intersection of 4
different lines) in Singapore. To have the vibrant city of Singapore at
your feet combined with the tranquility and luxury of the Fort Canning
was the perfect combination for us. 5* Hotel but not pretentious. Pool

We liked the sheer luxury and quality about everything the hotel has, its comfort, cleanliness and service. An outstanding apartment with very friendly and helpful staff. There were excellent kitchen facilities to entice stay at home meals. Also there is a supermarket across the road. We were lucky to be upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment which made our stay even more memorable. It was easy to sleep due to the very quiet rooms.

My Family and I stayed in a huge self contained 3 bedroom apartment which was spotless and very comfortable. The staff were more than helpful to answer any Questions we had and book us taxis etc. The breakfast buffet was small but adequate, beside the pool. We had lunch there as well, a couple of times, and the staff were all lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone,and I would stay there again if I was so lucky to visit Singapore again.
