  Everything was great as usual. I stay in this hotel every time I travel through Moscow to Europe. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, rooms are clean and have big space, rooms also have slippers and bathrobes which is quite important for the comfort in general. I was positively surprised about this nice hotel, its renovated and refurbished incl rooms, restaurant and reception. Rooms and bathroom are modern, space is OK and its quiet.   This was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The people were wonderful and very helpful in dealing with the language barrier. If I ever return to the region I will stay at the Avshar Hotel.
