Everything was great as usual. I stay in this hotel every time I travel through Moscow to Europe. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, rooms are clean and have big space, rooms also have slippers and bathrobes which is quite important for the comfort in general. Used the novotel because of its location to SVO airport. I was positively surprised about this nice hotel, its renovated and refurbished incl rooms, restaurant and reception. Rooms and bathroom are modern, space is OK and its quiet. Restaurant was not overwhelming but OK. you can walk or take a shuttle to the terminals.

Hotel conveniently located nearby The airport. I stayed there for one night before early morning flight.
The free shuttle was on time and easy to find. I was leaving the hotel early, before standard operating hours of the shuttle, but the car was arrange for me for free for any time I needed. Very good service.

Friendly and professional staff. You feel yourself like home. Vicinity of the SVO airport airport makes it best place to stay over night, if you take morning flight and need to beat traffic. Vintage is probably the least expensive hotel in Moscow area. -

A nice garden outside -
Out of not having any option in that there was nothing anywhere near we ate in the restaurant and that was ok/acceptable.
