  1. Staff was nice and supportive with info we needed on some tourstic attractions, restaurants, calling taxi. 2. We got an upgrade on our room when checking in. 3. The room had an amazing view to the mountains, large space, nice bathroom, minibar, very very warm. 4. Breakfast was very good, rustic with traditional Romanian foods. 5. Our room was spacious, cozy and with a beautiful view throughout the day and especially in the evening due to the lights in the trees. Breakfast was alright although they didn't have a great variety of fruit. Overall, we truly recommend this hotel, especially in the fall-winter season!

  very good breakfast, cozy rooms and very well cleaned, Occitane products in the bathroom, great restaurant, nice relaxing area, late check out on Sunday (for the ones who wanted to ski) - Clean comfortable beautifully furnished. Great location. .. forest restaurant great location for dinner.
