  The room was a lovely corner room with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast was excellent. The location was superb with a yummy hot dog stand right out the hotel's front door. Our favorite hotel in Romania. - comfort,price,cleanlines,interior architecture all goodies...very,very high level, definitely five star standard.

  Everything: excellent location, in the Rose Square (ok, you might hear some ambulances or police vehicles, during the night, but is not disturbing), very rich breakfast, nice ladies in reception and restaurant, they also have a coffee-shop. Parking is in the back of the hotel, in a yard, but anyway the bell-boy takes care of parking it for you. There are some pictures on a display and, dependin - The staff was very friendly and helpful, like Claudio who helped us with our bags or the woman of the Spa who speaks spanish perfectly. Everyone was very flexible and professional, they opened the spa to our convenience. We ordered sandwiches in our room and they were delicious and at a great price. I specially liked the design of the hotel in general, including the spa.

It’s in a pretty part of the citadel close to one of the bastions – well, the whole place is pretty, but the location is just a couple of streets away from the main attractions so it is a little quieter than some other spots which will be very full of people in the high season. The staff is very polite and helpful , the building has been refurbish in a great way . All rooms are different and they look amazing. Location is very good , even I was not allwed with my car in the citadel they helped me with a driver to take my car into the city for parking . I would return there any time . They are nice , available when needed and helpful. You won't regre - The perfect hotel. This is a luxury and modern hotel without a doubt. Definitely i will come back.
