  Hotel staff very nice and friendly , hotel clean and nice decorated. Good food and nice restaurant for both breakfast and/or dinner. Parking place available in the front . I would stay again for sure. - Comfy beds the receptionist staff were excellent really friendly and helpful and spoke English which was a bonus . Always smiling

  24 hour reception (I arrived around 3 Am and had no problem with checking in). Came for breakfast 15 minutes after the stopped serving it (due to late arrival) but still got full breakfast. - nice room, nice staff and very good breakfast

  Staff really helpful and friendly. The room we booked did not have air conditioning and they offered us another one with air conditioning for the same price.   The hotel is a bit old but nice anyway. It´s 5 minutes walking to the city center. Don´t expect a luxury hotel, but just enough to stay and rest one or two nights. Bistrita has nothing interesting to see, just the cathedral and the main shopping street. - friendly staff, big delicious breakfast
