The staff were so helpful, kind and patient. Normal check in time ends at midnight but my bus didn't get in until then so they stayed up and waited 30 minutes until I could get there. The friendly and supportive staff especially Liz who went out of her
way to help me with a problem I was experiencing with the confirmation
of an airline booking. I was also impressed with the design of the
building which had obviously been designed to make it feel spacious and
full of light.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Most of them spoke at least
some English so there wasn't much communication trouble for a non-
Spanish speaker like me. I arrived early in the morning and they emptied
a room up for me to have a rest, which was really nice since technically

Great location, good value, comfy beds (we had a triple suite) and tasty fresh food breakfasts. So much was within walking distance...especially the food market Surquilla No 1 which is not to be missed for the best cerviche in town, the Inca market, and the cliff tops. Lima was a surprise, a good one.

Very helpful staff. Our bags didn't arrive on our flight and all of staff contacted the airlines several times a day to get updates. Made a bad situation bearable. Very clean rooms, decent breakfast, great location. They even did a little something speacial for us for our anniversary. -

We spoke little Spanish and our plan was to stop in Lima only long
enough to plan and execute the remainder of our trip. We found Joop and
Guadalupe were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were basic,
functional and exactly the comfy and yet budget-friendly stopover we

As a single female on my own, my hosts could not have made me feel more
comfortable. They even met my flight, having to take a taxi both ways to
airport. They loaned me their maps of Lima, ordered taxis as needed,
accomodated guests arriving at all times of day and night I probably
walked more around Lima than any previous guest did. Always looked
forward to hearing about my adventures. Would recommend they clarify if
toilet tissue should be put in garbage or in toilet, and to include a
map sho

Me and my friends spent one night in this B&B. Angelo, the owner, is an excellent teacher about the history of Peru.
His helpfulness really made our stay more enjoyable as he knows where
all the tourist attractions are and they are all quite close to his
B&B. He and his staff make sure everyone is comfortable and being
able to have breakfast each morning in the courtyard was most
enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend B&B Tradiciones to
anyone visiting Peru.

Giancarlo is great! From the moment we arrived he made us feel like
family (family of 4 with a teen and a 9 yr old).
The home is 2 blocks from the Larcomar Mall which is a HUGE mall built into the side of the cliff on the beach. It is a very safe, very quiet neighborhood. You can walk about 100 meters to the corner and catch a taxi in 30 seconds

The Staff are magnificent. I was sick when I arrived and had some other travel disasters but they gave me a 'haven' to restore and continue on my travels.
The freshly prepared fruits and juices, with eggs breads for breakfast became the 'medicine' of my day. Lovely neighbourhood.
