  The best thing was the room, we liked everything: the bed, the bed-linen, the bathroom, the design. The food was very delicious. The staff was helpful and friendly.   The view of this hotel is very good, a great lake view. We rent an apartment, it's spacious. The small balcony is good for chat and drinks to view such a great lake. It's easy accessible to the main pier and the supermarket nearby. Flåm is a small town, we stayed for 3D2N, one day we took bus to Aurland for hiking, it's convenient. There are some... cosa dice la gente » trails for hiking in Flåm. We followed the trails to see waterfall. It's good. - The view from our deck was amazing, probably better than the view from the hotels that are nearer to the reail station and port. The room was pretty big, and had all the facilities needed to cook and eat. For those who do not cook, there is a bar/restaurant on the basement that offers basic meals at fair prices.

  Flam is a very beautiful place at the bottom of a fjord, and shouldn't be missed. The hotel is 2 minutes from the train overlooking the fjord. Staff were outstanding, very friendly, welcoming and offering advice on walks in the local area. Facilities were very good. It was winter so not many tourists-which we loved! Our room was large, bright, had a really nice view from room and balcony, a very comfortable bed, and good reading lights. Staff was friendly and helpful.

  We had an excellent large room with two panoramic windows and fjord view. The location is very convenient- just few meters from the ferry terminal (but still silent!) and very close to Balestrand. The selection of food at breakfast might be wider, but it's typical for Norway, yet the quality was perfect. Very delicious fish at dinner. Friendly hos... cosa dice la gente » ts and helpful personnel. - The location is excellent, just around the corner from Balestrand and 500m from the ferry. It is also a good base for lots of walks. We had the 3 course dinner at the hotels restaurant which was yummy but the best was the wonderful view while eating dinner. We could see dolphins in the fjord! Staff were friendly and helpful and the place was very clean.

  We liked this amazing place so much! situated near the bank of the most beautiful Fjord in the world. We slept in soft feather bed windowed on Fiord! Natasha - host of the House - wonderful woman with enormous sence of hospitality. Undredal is mostly some kind of "sweet home" than a posh hotel. Room was pine and adequate, lots of electrical points which is useful as we had to charge cameras ipad phones etc. very nice hst who was helpful, opened his shop for us and lent us a knife.
