  The location is nice, close to the center, to the port where Hurtigruten ferry docks and overllooking the sea. The two rooms we rent - very clean - were quiet, bright and sufficiently spacious. Breakfast was good and offered a wide choice of food.   We left an expensive souvenir in the room and when I called them they found it and sent it to us. Nice hotel in the centre of the city, nice pub restaurant in the same building. - Great central location just a short walk from both harbour and bus station. Free hot drinks available.

  Great staff. At check-in, Jasmine was awesome: friendly and knowledgeable. Moderately priced hotel. 5 minute walk from the bus stop and 10 minute walk to the hurtigruten terminal.   It was a nice stay in ålesund hostel. For a small price you can have a kind and helpful service ( even when you get sunburn ;)), clean and comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast.
