Overall we had a good 5-night stay at Gruner. Better than expected.
The girl who received us was really nice, and aswered well to all my questions. We had no problems with CHECK IN, I enable my mobile for international calls so after three times dialing the wrong numbers I finally reached them. Easy. Good LOCATION, not in city center but central.

These apartments are a bargain! Renovated, clean and spacious...
Not very big bedrooms, but really big beds! Great temperature inside, hot water always running.
1st night we stayed, our credit card crushed and had no money to pay the hotel. Clean, quiet, comfy beds, good wifi. The kitchen utensils are not for rental, you just leave a deposit and they give you the money back. I recommend bringing own sheets and towels to save money, because they give you blankets anyway. Despite what I read in some of these comments, there are soap dispensers in the shower and sink. I was in single room apartment several weeks. Whole hostel building is new and clean. Bathroom is nice, with floor heating, kitchenette is useful for preparing quick meals and hot drinks, free WiFi works fine. Staff was nice and friendly.
Don't miss city view from the roof of hostel.

I have trouble getting around and the Oslo Apartments were very central.
Every single t Bane line stops at Toyen, and the T-bane station was a
very short walk away. Also, very good market at Toyen, and the hotel
room offered kitchen facilities. Finally the price was affordable and
allowed me to make this trip. We had a problem with the first room

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very good size and the kitchenette was well stocked. The beds were like clouds! It was also very nice to have heated floors in the bathroom. The parking garage was nice because they closed the garage door nightly and you had to go through the lobby to access the garage. I felt safe leaving the rental car in there. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was well prepared and orinented to the care of the guests.
It was not easy to manage the continuous arrive of on-line bookings, but the staff offered tailored solutions to us and to the other guests with which we spoke.
The price was very competitive for the huge dimensions of the aprtmanet we got. -

Staff were friendly and helpful eg were very quick to sort out an internet access problem. Appartment was also nice and warm. Location also good - plenty of food shops (and tram links) within a few minutes walk. The city centre was easily walkable but had good tram links. Will use the appartments again on futuer visits. -
There were 8 of us and we stayed in the apartment for 8 people. The apartment is on two floors. Space is huge.
The hotel is close to the center - no more than 20 minutes to the center. Bus and tram station is 2 minutes away.
