loved how close it was to the main strip of town. The lady (staff) was very helpful, informative and patient. We did check in later in the evening but were grateful for her patience because we were let down from our booking at Hokitika - beachfront hotel. So we had almost 2 hours drive to this great comfortable motel. :) -

Good value for money. Gave us some milk on arrival - friendly staff.
Unit was clean - some reviews say its dated - I guess it is as such but
in no way did this detract from a wonderful pleasant stay and also
considering the price you are not going to get the Ritz Tea / coffee

We stayed at 16 hotels in New Zealand. This is one of a very few that has a computer for guests to use to access the internet free of charge. Most other hotels don't offer any internet services to people who don't carry their own computer. This one clearly goes a step beyond all the others to provide what travelers need.

We have not stayed in a Homestay before, but we were made very welcome by Jan and Ian. The room we used was an annexe, with its own ensuite, and little area with tea and coffee making , a fridge and microwave.The restaurant recommended served good food. The Internet was fine, one just had to be in the sitting area. Breakfast was very well presente

Our hosts, Jan and Ian, made us extremely welcome and did everything to
make sure we had an enjoyable stay with them. We had a very comfortable
room with a private bathroom just adjacent with a very large bath. A
cup of tea when we arrived and an excellent breakfast in the morning.
They couldn't have done more. Just on the edge of town was a
lighthouse and good views of the ocean and not much further on a
pleasant walk on the cliffs a lookout over a seal colony. I would
thoroughly recommend Hav

The accommodations and hosts were top-notch. We don't often stay in hostels, but will more after this experience. There was a large kitchen and 2 bathrooms right next to our room. The place was very clean and friendly. I would highly recommend TripInn for the price. -

The surroundings were peaceful and the staff were really friendly and checking in was smooth and simple. The information folder in the room was wonderful and contained everything you needed to know about the area, your stay and local services such as church services and medical services. Will diffently stay again and recommend to all !! -
