the unit had all requirements we needed,we had a disabled unit which was not required for ourselves but have friends with a wheelchair bound daughter & would recommend to then.Lovely & clean. -

Lovely new interior, clean and very close to everything. Relieve management were very lovely and friendly and even called the nexts days to confirm they had received our booking and looking forward to seeing us. We are in the industry also so appreciate good service when we receive it -

Chancellor is an excellent example for another hotels how perfect hotel should look like. We were really late for our check-in, but receptionist was very kind and understandable. He even turn on our heater in the room before we arrived to make it warmer for us.

The welcome was lovely. The room was well decorated, the bed very comfortable, the price reasonable. We missed the deadline request by hours and when I rang in the morning to see if had been accepted, the response I got was 'of course' - that summed up the service we received. Thank you.

I have stayed in a few hotel/motels and was very pleased with the Aubyn Court Motor Lodge. The room was exactly as the photo's portray. They were very clean, warm and comfortable and the spa was a great way to relax at the end of the day. This is the BEST motel I have stayed in for several years! It's clean, modern, spacious, quiet, and has friendly staff. The thing that won me over was the free initial WIFI on arrival as I was having trouble getting my remote sim card to work, hassle free, thank you. My two children were especially impressed with (1) the spa bath and (2) Jacqui (who made up our room) organising their soft toys on their pillows, very cute and thoughtful! Thank you.

Very comfortable, felt at home straight away! Great selection of movies, bed was ridiculously comfy, host was so accommodating and prepared delicious breakfasts at a time that suited you. Location is perfect, can walk into the square with plenty of food choices around you. Spa was in a lovely garden setting (great at night) and bathroom was lovely.

The owner went out of his way for us, even giving us an extra bed at 9pm one night. He also gave us amazing rates while we stayed there and was always friendly. We ended up with 2 cars there and it was not a problem to have them both parked outside our room. I also liked the fact their was a jar of coffee instead of sachets. -

At the Legends is immaculate-even before you get in the door, the gardens are impressive. The interior was spotless, roomy and very comfortable. Location could not be faulted-literally across the road from the Plaza and less than a minute's walk from the Square. Yet despite being virtually in the middle of the city,the motel is remarkably quiet. When we left some belongings behind the owner went to great lengths to track us down while we were still in town and to return our things.

We found there was a full kitchen and so we could make our own breakfast, as we had our car with us we had brought things to make toast if possible. I also was thrilled to be able to use free Wifi and thus handle my emails. A very relaxing stay and we were well rested to carry on with our roadtrip.

Staff were very accommodating in charging only the booking fee when
cancelled the 2nd Rm due to change in numbers. Loved the kitchen
facilities.
