Went here for my annivesary. THe staff were professional and friendly. They didn't have the room I booked so they upgraded me to a two bedroom superior suite. The suite was clean and it had to balconies. The bathroom was lovely, and the bath was a lovely bonus. The location was great, central to Courtnay Pl; went to Te Papa and the embassy. I had

The room was nice, sleek and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the staff made our stay welcoming, relaxing and ensured they knew our names for that extra personal touch. We would definitely rebook this facility in the near future and have recommended Distinction to our friends and family.

After being delayed by weather and airlines for 2 days, we arrived at the Copthorne quite tired, frustrated and disappointed that our three night stay had been reduced to just one night. Thankyou to your staff that night.We arrived in from Sydny after 1 am without our bags and only the cloths we were wearing. We had a 8 am departure that morning and they kindly arranged for our cloths to be washed and ready by 6 am.
Nothing was too much trouble and they definately "went the extra yard"

The staff were exceptional, particularly the reception staff and the concierge. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of artwork on display, including the motorbikes - some pieces were outstanding. Being in the heart of the city was a huge plus for exploring on foot. The balcony was a great surprise that I wasn't expecting. My bed was very comfortable.

Excellent service from property owner and very good and clean facilities. Position is excellent and that the owner organised transport for us to the airport (4am), was very much appreciated, We loved that there is a curfew on planes as we thought we might have been kept awake all night. I don't frequently provide reviews of hotels, but Ohtel is very special. It is all the things hotels would probably like to be, but don't quite achieve. Ohtel is seriously stylish. It provides a luxurious experience, while being close to the heart of beautiful Wellington. I cant wait to book again! -

staff were incredibly helpful - I need to get some business emails sent and they bent over backwards to help ensure I could. also very friendly and good to talk to about eating out options. Fantasitic place to stay for early flight - they arranged the wake up call and taxi. very stress free.

The location was excellent and the staff were terrific, very helpful. The kitchen facilities and small lounge areas were also good. The showers were wonderful, bathrooms were cleaned often, security was great. -

The staff were awesome they accommodated us to the best of their ability with helping out with storage of our bags, access to Internet and with getting around the city. They also helped us with transport to the airport with a special deal. They were also very friendly and always chatting to us which was great! Definitely would stay there again and

I thought the place was fabulous! My 11 year old and 17 year old were very happy and comfortable too! The location is excellent and we made use of the cafe and proximity to the museum and courtney place buses and eateries! Would definitely stay here again and even my husband enjoyed viewing all the various art works. 9.5/10

The reception staff (Gail and Dennis),were excellent and friendly and helped us courier a hairdryer back to us that we left in our room. The cleaners did a marvellous job. The very friendly and helpful manager. He booked a city tour bus for us.
Had leaflets and costs of the various modes of transport to get to the
airport and on our day of departure phoned and organised the Shuttle
bus. Also stored our luggage until it was time for our departure. It was
in easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants and the museum.

We stayed in room 3, it was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed with a toddler and baby and it was great. Fairly compact, but just enough room.
The manager drove us to the airport in the morning and was generally really friendly and accommodating.

The convenience of being close to the airport for late night arrivals from Australia. -
Everything we needed for an overnight stop before catching an early morning flight home. We were picked up within five minutes of arrival, transported to our spotless, comfortable, quiet room. A wake up call was arranged for us, and an early morning taxi was there waiting for us. I had the best night's sleep, without any worries, after a really good pub meal recommended at the hotel.

I booked two rooms for myself, my daughter and her bridesmaids to go wedding dress shopping in Wellington. The staff were friendly and efficient upon arrival. Staff were very friendly and helpful, finding out information for us. Location was great, very handy for Te Papa museum and easy walking distance to the harbour front and also to restaurants, shops etc nearby. Room seemed newly decorated and was clean, comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay there if in Wellington again!

We can't be sure that all rooms have the same level of equipment,

Shared bathrooms are totally nice- only shared with one or two other rooms, so it's hardly noticeable even and feels as private as you'd fancy. Really awesome staff with great service and truly gourmet food in downstairs café- just off Cuba street so super centrally located, but set on a quiet, safe side street. I'll be going back again for sure! Highly recommend whether you're new to Wellington or back for a repeat visit.
