  A very cool place to stay at the heart of the city! Walking distance to EVERYTHING - shops, meals. We actually had too many options to choice from! Felt very safe there and the place was super clean. Great reception and friendly team. Free WiFi and parking. Definitely would stay there again.   The location was perfect as it was close to the Dunedin Northern Cemetery which we wanted to visit , We will be staying at Bella Vista again next year. - The lady who checked me in and delivered the lovely breakfast was superb - very friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem at all :) Great Job!
