  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Spencer on Bryon. The location was close enough to the city whilst maintaining an almost beach resort vibe. Great views of the Harbour and surrounding water. Was lucky enough to be upgraded to a one bedroom suite which felt like an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and lounge room and balcony. I stayed here for the evening before and of my wedding at the beginning of the month and liked it a lot, so my husband and I returned here on our last night in Auckland together. It is close enough to shops, restaurants and the beach in Takapuna. The rooms are clean, spacious and have good views. The beds are really comfortable. - The apartment was clean, spacious & light + we had our own balcony with amazing views. The swimming pool spa & gym were great, staff were friendly and efficient. Close to shops & the beach + plenty of food options. Also had our own kitchen giving us the option to cook if we wanted to. Large comfy bed & black out curtains meant we got a great sleep.
