Perfect staff, the manager was extremely helpful organizing our trips and answering all our questions etc. Really great guy.
Also we got probably the best rate in the city to exchange our euros to Dirhams at the Riad.
Very calm place to stay and relax after a busy day in Marrakech.

Very helpful and friendly management. The Ryad was in typically relaxed
Morrocan style with beautiful features in the public area and courtyard
facing bedrooms. A nice roof terrace too. Well located in the old Medina
although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a
little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and
appeared safe.

Loved the take of a modern Riad built in the traditional fashion located in the middle of the mayhem of the Souk of the old Medina.
Ideally located to truly experience both the old and the new Marrakech. Why stay in the 'sterile' new city hotels and never experience Marrakech as it's meant to be experienced?

The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

This nice little hotel had a great Moroccan feel to it. It was
simple but nicely decorated, with pretty decent wi-fi, and a very
wonderful staff. They welcome you with delicious green tea and the
outdoor area upstairs is a nice place to relax at night. We had to
be up before breakfast for a flight so they out breakfast in our
room the night before

The owner of the Riad was so nice and helpful, she made perfect tea and gave us map on the fist day and she woke up at 6 to make the breakfast for us, although they serve them from 8.30 am. For the first time is good stay and good value for money. The first day everyone is lost in small streets of the Medina, but 2 and next days we found our way to the main Market and back to the Riad with no problems, it takes around 20 minutes get to the Market. The bus station is 5 and Majorelle Jardin -1

The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. -

The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details.
The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi.
The staff is friendly and very professional.
Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants.
The quality of both is exceptional.

This was something else!! We loved to stay with Mr. Andre and his team. Manzil Le Tortue's Chef Mr. Guillaume Mantalent must be the best Chef in Marrakech. Excellent food! And Andre didn't know the best he could do for us. A great stay for both our two teenagers and for us. Good transferservice into Marrakech if needed -

Highly recommended, good value for money. The staff is incredibly kind and the hotel is brand new. Mehdi, the chief concierge will make sure you will have the best stay, planning everything you want to do and suggesting good experiences.
Either way, if you go to Marrakech make sure to find a hotel in hivernage/medina area.

Its a traditionell arabic hotel with the traditionell arabic friendlyness and service. There is no alcohol and no smoking in the hotel and its all about serving the guest and making him feel like at home. We loved this hotel and especcially his employees. Tho hotel is near to many sight seeings and nice places and the pool is big enough to do a good swimm, great hotel for a good price, we loved it.

All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for t - We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect.
Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean.
Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool.
The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second.
At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.
We do recommand highly this

I found this Ryad amazing. After reading the reviews I was lucky that I got my room in the main building 2nd floor. So the pool was on a level up above.
Room:The room was very very well decorated in proper Moroccan style with wooden furniture. The bed was very comfortable with clean linens. It had an amazing interior with wall paintings and sword decorations and stuff. A beautiful window with colored glasses. I was quite happy with my room as it was clean, decorated and had everything function
