Excellent location - an easy walk to everything, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the hubub of the Medina
Emmanuelle and all her staff were wonderful and made sure we were well looked after. We got practical advice on where to go, what to go and, importantly, how to haggle.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and nicely decorated in local style.
The meal we had at the Riad on the night of our arrival actually turned out to be one of the best meals we had in our whole 5-day stay - really good

This was the perfect place for our family to stay and experience
Marrakesh. Everything was perfect. We felt like we were staying with
family and were very well cared for. Our little 2 year old daughter was
doted on by all the staff and she loved the experience there. In fact,
when we left, she asked to go back to our Morocco home! She especially
loved the little turtle friend on the rooftop.

This was a great place to stay in the heart of the medina. The area is mostly residential and in the evening you could hear the giggles of the children playing in the alley and birds roosting in the bushes. The staff were very freindly and welcoming. It is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the souks and a little further to the square. It is easy to find as it is not far from a little square and car park, where we were able to get taxis from. Our room was very comfortable and great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful in giving advice in where to go.

I can't fault Sirayane Boutique Hotel and spa at all! Our stay was amazing, the staff were friendly and courteous without being pushy, even the owner regularly walked around the hotel meeting and chatting to guests (something I've never seen in London!).
The food offers something for everyone & though I've heard complaints about the price it is no more than we would pay over here (and taking into account the hotel is basically an oasis in the middle of a barren land I'm sure the overheads

Very helpful and friendly management. The Ryad was in typically relaxed
Morrocan style with beautiful features in the public area and courtyard
facing bedrooms. A nice roof terrace too. Well located in the old Medina
although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a
little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and
appeared safe.

I absolutely loved this riad! There are lots of good riads in
Marrakech but please stay in this one at least one night! The location
is perfect, 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna square. Staff is very
nice and friendly. We got back to the riad from shopping and dining
around midnight and we wanted mint tea sooo bad that we asked the
person at the front desk if we could have some and he made some tea
for us. I don't remember his name, I wish I did so I can give him
credit here..

Loved the take of a modern Riad built in the traditional fashion located in the middle of the mayhem of the Souk of the old Medina.

What a place to escape to from the mayhem of the souks of the old Medina and the travails of the daily drudgery -
The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.
