  The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. - Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.

  We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. The restaurant staff was plentiful but seemed disinterested in serving the guests. However the front desk staff and bellmen were very helpful with great perso... cosa dice la gente » nalities. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to - The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details. The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi. The staff is friendly and very professional. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.

  The location is great and very close to new city and a 20 minute walk to Medina & Jamal Fna Sq. We paid 250 Dirhams from the airport (rak) to hotel which was total rip off as we paid 50 Dirhams when we returned. Beware of taxi's as the hotel is only 10 minutes ride. There was a mini fridge in the room, we bought drinks which was grea - Its a traditionell arabic hotel with the traditionell arabic friendlyness and service. There is no alcohol and no smoking in the hotel and its all about serving the guest and making him feel like at home. We loved this hotel and especcially his employees. Tho hotel is near to many sight seeings and nice places and the pool is big enough to do a good swimm, great hotel for a good price, we loved it.

  Albergo lussuoso, servizi molto belli, ottima pulizia. Belle le piscine - The place is extremely nice with huge swimming pools. Everybody was friendly including the manager, the girls at the reception; Lamya, kawther and others, as well as the guys who work in the restaurant whether for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I also have to mention the girls at the spa who were professional and very nice. All in all I had a very relaxing time so I extended my stay for t - We only spent 4 days ovrethere , and we must admit that everything was perfect. Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean. Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool. The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second. At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.   Great value for money. Near the Atlas mountains. They do quite a few trips but these can be quite expensive so pick when you get there. We were a young couple so just relaxed mainly by the pool.
